Search By Map Tips:

Zoom into the map by either double clicking on the map or using the map controls. You can also use the
Draw Zoom Box
button to crop a box and specify an area for the zoom.

If you change the map look at the
Retrieve Listings
button at the top of the map. This button will retrieve the number of listings the system found on the map view.
►
Once you zoom into the map, you can use the
Search Map Area(s)
button. This will allow you to draw an area box on the map and the system will tell you how many listing can be found in that area. Draw multiple boxes and when your ready use the
Retrieve Listings
button to retrieve the listings.
►
The system will retrieve 100 listings at a time. Use the paging function at the bottom of the listings result to page through all the listings that are available.
►
By default the results are sorted by the best deals. If you want to change the sort then use the drop down boxes above the listings result. The best deals will always be used as the second search criteria.
►
Click on the
<Search>
button to find and map any points of interest in the current map view. By using the
Map Results
button you can always draw a new map based on the results of your find places search.
Saved Search Tips:

Use the
icon to manage all your search needs.
►
You can save your last search. Load a saved search. Updated a saved search and Delete a saved search.

Left Mouse Button Down
and leave it down.
►
Then drag the mouse in any direction and watch the size of the box grow.
►
Once you are done release the mouse left button and waiting for the system to redraw the map in that area.
►
To see the listings on that map view use the
Retrieve Listings
button and wait for the system to retrieve the listings.
►
If you make a mistake or want to quit just hit the
Draw Zoom Box
button again.
Instructions for using Research Parcel
Here are some tips to get started:
►
Use your mouse and click on the center of a property.
►
Wait for the system to find the property and the informational window will pop up with the property address and value estimate.
►
Close the information window and the value estimate will stay on the map.
►
Once you are done click the Research Parcel button again to return to map mode.
Return To Listings
Instructions for using Search Map Areas
Here are some tips to get started:
►
Using your mouse draw a box around an area of interest.
►
To draw your box first place the cursor over the map and click the
Left Mouse Button Down
and leave it down.
►
Then drag the mouse in any direction and watch the size of the box grow.
►
Once you are done release the mouse left button and waiting for the system to calculate the number of listings in that area.
►
Draw as many boxes as you like.
►
To see the listings in each box click the
Retrieve Listings
button and wait for the system to retrieve the listings.
►
If you make a mistake or want to quit just hit the
Search Map Area(s)
button again.
Instructions for using Find Places Search
Here are some tips to get started:
►
Enter any point of interest you would like to find and click the
Find
button.
►
The system will return the top 8 closest places that match your criteria.
►
The system will map those places and you can select any place from the list to find it in the map.
►
Use the
Map Results
button to draw a map based on only those palces found.
►
To hide the list click the
<Find Places>
button again.
►
Until you click the
<Clear Search>
button the system will continue to locate your specified point of interest with every map change.
